DD4HW4 P#1 Usability

Usability 

I conduct my usability with my best friend at my apartment around 9 pm tonight. She never used Google Forms or even heard about it so she was curious about the application. 

As she started to read the questions she had a question about how to login and how to access it through her gmail. The first red flag show how important it was because she couldn't do the other steps. She was able to explore the different templates easily as the first part of the instructions. When she got to creating the quiz she had more questions about the application. She had questions about how the question and answer should look when she was done. When she done with creating the quiz she want to know how to share it the form with a link so we can copy and paste it somewhere, which was not in the instructions. 

Learnability:  It was to understand but it need more details for more options on the application. 
Efficiency: Once she understand what she was doing, it was pretty fast using the application. 
Memorability: Its a rememberable application and pretty simple to use. 
Errors:  No serious major errors since she ask questions about the applications and figure it out. 
Satisfaction:  My best friend enjoy the application and said she would use this for her research program. 


Notes: 
- Show how to log in into your gmail account and how to find it when your in your gmail. 
- Make the important stuff bold. 
- Give an example of what the question and answer should look like in different formats. 
- Show the different ways how to share the Google Form.

Writing Grammatically Correct Sentences and Choosing the Right Words and Phrases  I struggle the most with sentence structure and grammar, learning these rules and reviewing might help better my writing.  1. Usage of commas.  Comma are misused in sentences because of breaking up two independent clause by a comma, or not list correctly. DD10HW4 Chapter 18

4 element of Chapter 18 and how they will help better complete Project #3:  Tone  Making sure everything flows together since everyone has a different writing style when working together. Making it sound professional and presentable for the final project.  Research  Finding creditable sources and making sure the research correlates with the topic we are talking about.  Context  The overall information is correct and important to report.  Format  Making sure everyone is on the same page and we work together to make the final project great. Going over each other work and help others out.  Chapter 18 has a good template to start off with to guide us in the right direction.
