Summarize Two Articles

What is Public Health? 

In the article "What is Public Health?" it explains the real definition about Public Health. According to the article it explains the focus of public health and how it is not a clinical focus. Public Health associates work to improve, promote, and prevent, protect the population. Doctors work to cure the sick and help with the problem. Public Health is a step that can prevent or protect the population before they need to go to the doctors. The promote good lifestyles, eating habits, sleeping, and common things related to help to make sure you stay healthy. One major thing Public Health work is tracking and monitoring diseases and disease outbreaks. Dealing with outbreaks, they work side by side with CDC to report the finding out outbreaks so the world can be alerted and informed.

Public Health corner: How education can prevent HIV Public health corner: How education can prevent HIV

In the article it discuss the HIV can be monitor and control through education. The shift of disease targeting gays has shifted to low income community with bad education system, racism, and sexism. From the 80s, the disease has taken many lives and is continuing to grow. It is a Public Health focus because if you promote, protect, and prevent the spread it can help regulate the spread of the disease and help the communities. In the article it explains ways to change the effect of the disease in the community but promoting getting tested, condoms, and being educated on safe sex.

Writing Grammatically Correct Sentences and Choosing the Right Words and Phrases  I struggle the most with sentence structure and grammar, learning these rules and reviewing might help better my writing.  1. Usage of commas.  Comma are misused in sentences because of breaking up two independent clause by a comma, or not list correctly. 4 element of Chapter 18 and how they will help better complete Project #3:  Tone  Making sure everything flows together since everyone has a different writing style when working together. Making it sound professional and presentable for the final project.  Research  Finding creditable sources and making sure the research correlates with the topic we are talking about.  Context  The overall information is correct and important to report.  Format  Making sure everyone is on the same page and we work together to make the final project great.
